This Easter we had the opportunity to try out some treats all the way from Sweden! It’s something a bit different from our usual Easter Eggs. Clas Ohlson has now become a familiar face on the British High Street and we were really pleased when they opened one of their stores in the Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre.
If you haven’t shopped at Clas Olson before, let me tell you a little bit about them……
“In the small Swedish village of Insjon, Mr Clas Ohlson started his business, selling his inventive, problem solving products via mail order. 100 years later, Clas Ohlson is Sweden’s favourite home and hardware brand. They now have 220 stores across five countries, selling a gigantic range of over 10,000 stylish, practical and affordable products for your home, garden and lifestyle. This year marks their 100th birthday!”
We have been enjoying these yummy sweet treats for Easter! At the moment you can buy 3 for 2 on their candy range.
We particularly enjoyed the Daim bars and the Kex bars which are Swedish chocolate sandwiched with wafers. We also tried the Ahlgrens Bilar chewy candy cars and the Gott & Blandat jelly sweets.
You might be admiring my Daughter’s Rabbit mask? That is from Clas Ohlson too! They are currently stocking a range of plush animal masks which are perfect for dressing up at Easter! They also stock a selection of toys and games perfect to keep the kids entertained over the holidays!
The Ealing store is located at: unit 17-17a, Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre, W5 5JY. Don’t forget you can also order online and delivery is free when you spend over £35. Plus, they also offer a click and collect service, where you can collect your items for free at a store near you.
I hope you have a wonderful Easter!
