I often get asked where I get my hair cut and coloured? So this week I thought I would share my Ealing hairdressing recommendation and introduce you to Amanda Palagina joint Franchisee of Toni & Guy Ealing. Amanda and her Husband Frol took over the salon earlier this year. I would highly recommend Amanda and her team as one of the best local hairdressing salons in the Ealing area. I have been going to the salon for over ten years and each time I am always so pleased with the result! My hair is cut with precision and after consultation coloured just how I want it.
Amanda is a busy working Mum and has two children aged six and two, so I wanted to find out how she balances her working life with motherhood? So I went to interview her in the salon to find out more about her life.
Amanda started her career in hairdressing eighteen years ago. She begun working for Toni & Guy in 2004 and trained at the globally renowned Toni & Guy Academy in London. In 2010 she joined the Ealing salon and eventually become the franchisee in April this year with her Husband.
It was Amanda’s dream to have her own salon and she was determine to make that dream a reality. To become a francisee was a process that meant she first became one of the Managers with her Husband Frol in December 2016. This meant she got a taste of what to expect, when she finally took over the salon this year.

A combination of eating a healthy well balanced diet, using good quality products on your hair such as argon oil. Plus do try to avoid hair straighteners when you can!

It has made me become more patient and I am even more determine to be successful, to be able to give my children the best start in life. It has also taught me what real love is!
